Post-teeth whitening instructions
- Feeling extra sensitivity or slight pain in your teeth in the first two days is normal.
- This feeling begins to decrease gradually until it disappears after a week at most, and you can take a simple painkiller.
- Abstain from smoking, coffee and tea for 48 hours.
- Do not consume any colored foods or drinks and stick to eating white foods and drinks only. Yogurt, milk, white rice, chicken not seasoned with colored spices.
- It is preferable to use whitening toothpastes after bleaching.
- Smoking, coffee, tea, and soft drinks are among the factors that accelerate tooth discoloration after whitening!
