Instruction After Implant
Naturally:
– A little bleeding occurs with redness in the saliva.
– Pain occurs after transplantation, in the first two days after transplantation.
– Swelling occurs after transplantation within two days and goes away within a week.
Difficulty opening the mouth and stiffness in the jaw muscles after transplantation. Jaw movement gradually improves within a week.
– When you perform the extraction and then the implant at the same time, the pain is more severe than normal implant pain.
Should do:
– Bite on the piece of gauze placed by the doctor for an hour.
– Eat ice cream only on the first day.
– Apply cold compresses to the cheek where the implant is located.
– See a specialist doctor after a week from the date of transplantation.
– Adherence to taking the medications prescribed by the doctor at the specified times.
– Sleep on the first night with the head higher than the body (to prevent fluids from accumulating in the face).
Not To DO:
– Drink or eat anything hot for 24 hours.
– Use a straw to drink.
-Avoid any strenuous activity for 12 hours after surgery.
-Smoking for a week.
– Use the brush for 8 hours, or touch the implant area.
