Return and exchange policy

⁃The value of the service can be exchanged for another service of the same or higher value within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of issuance of the invoice
⁃ The service value can be replaced after the examination if the doctor finds that the client needs a different service. It is determined by the treating physician
:Products
⁃ Products can be replaced if they are found to have a manufacturing defect within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of issuance of the invoice
Return Policy
:Health services
⁃ The service value can be refunded if an appointment is not booked within a maximum period of 3 days from the issuance of the invoice
⁃When booking an appointment, the invoice cannot be refunded
⁃The value of services cannot be refunded for a maximum period of 14 days after the invoice is issued.
:Products
⁃ Refunds can be made within a maximum period of 24 hours from the issuance of the invoice
⁃If there is a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced within a maximum period of 5 days from the issuance of the invoice, and the value of the product will not be refunded.
